This article will show Administrators how to respond to a profile request from an Organisation.

  1. No Profile created yet.
  2. With an existing Profile.

No Profile created yet

If you received an invitation (Email/SMS) from an Organisation to share a profile but you have not created one yet, you may follow the instructions in the articles below:

1. Log in to CareMonkey and you will be redirected to the Administrator's home page. 

2. The Profile Request will appear in Care Central. To switch from the Administrator page to Care Central, click the logo at the upper left corner and choose Care Central.

3.  Look for the Profile Request under the Requests section. Click Create Profile, follow the prompts, and completely fill out the form.

4. After you've completed the profile, you will be directed to the Consent page along with the information of the requesting Organisation. Click on the I Agree button to consent and share the profile with them. 

With an existing Profile

1. Log in to CareMonkey and you will be redirected to the Administrator's home page. 

2. The Profile Request will appear in Care Central. To switch from the Administrator page to Care Central, click the logo at the upper left corner and choose Care Central.

3.  Look for the Profile Request under the Requests section. 

Select the correct profile from the drop-down box.

Click Share or Create Profile button to complete the process and give view access to the organisation.
