If a Profile Owner has responded to an eForm but did not make the payment, they are able to return to the eForm and pay at a later time.

For example, if a parent (Profile Owner) gave permission for a student to attend an excursion but did not pay the fee. They can follow the steps below to make the payment:

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Go to the My Profiles section and click the profile name or photo.


3. Go to the eForms section of the profile. Look for the particular eForm and click the 'Awaiting payment' button to make the payment.

4. You will be redirected to the eForm. Please click the Pay with Card button to initiate the payment.

Administrators can identify those profiles where an acceptance has been made without payment by going to the relevant eForm. Profiles with a 'tick' but no '$' sign indicate permission given but payment not made.

Administrators can select these profiles and use the CareMonkey SMS or email feature to remind the Profile Owners to make a payment.
