If a user has responded to an eForm but did not make the payment they are able to return to the eForm and pay at a later time.
For example, if a parent (profile owner) gave permission for a student to attend an excursion but did not pay the fee.
The profile owner will see the following in the eForms section of the profile. They can go back at anytime and press 'Awaiting payment' to make the payment.
Administrators can identify those profiles where an acceptance has been made without payment by going to the relevant eForm. Profiles with a 'tick' but no '$' sign indicate permission given but payment not made.
Administrators can select these profiles and use the CareMonkey SMS or email feature to request payment to be made.
