There are times that users will get the error below when logging in to CareMonkey account via the mobile app.


The following are the possible reasons as to why this error occurred.

  • Low phone memory¬†
  • Too many profiles owned or assigned on the account
  • Problems when downloading and installing the Care Monkey Mobile App
  • Unstable internet connection


Please try any of the steps below to resolve this error.

1. Tick the Force Reload box upon sign in.


2. Reinstall the app

3. Try logging in to your CareMonkey account using a mobile browser or computer.
