The CareMonkey sync file is saved in c:\caremonkey folder in the admin server where the Synergetic and SAS2000 database can be found. If this has been removed or deleted unintentionally, the Symantech Endpoint Protection is the one putting the sync file in "quarantine".
To fix this, an exception to the c:\caremonkey folder or the sync file needs to be performed. Kindly refer to Symantec support article about Excluding a file or a folder from scans. Please note that this needs to be done by the IT or tech guy or someone who has an admin access to the server.
