When CareMonkey releases a new synchronisation agent version, it will automatically update the file installed on the server. If for some reason the automatic update does not occur, please follow the steps in the following documents to manually update the sync version. 

Please note that these steps will need to be executed on the admin server where the sync file is saved and by IT or someone with administration rights.
