The CareMonkey integration of Synergetic or SAS2000 requires to have the correct database IP address and port number.  This will ensure that there's an established connection between the database and CareMonkey. 

To check for these info, please follow the steps below. Please note that the steps below can be done by the IT or tech guy or someone who has an access to the admin server. 

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Microsoft SQL Server > Configuration Tools > SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Go to SQL Server Configuration Manager > SQL Server Network Configuration > Protocols for XXXX (where XXXX is the name of the server)
  3. Right click on TCP/IP and select Properties
  4. Look for the IP4 and get the details from there.
