Advice and answers from the CareMonkey Team

Staff Carers (i.e., teachers, club coaches, team managers, supervisors, etc.) can send emails to all members of a group or an eForm, customise the message and attach .pdf file if needed. Please follow the steps below on how to do this.


SENDING EMAIL TO A GROUP

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Click on the group.


3. Click on Email this Group.

4. You can choose the profiles based on who who want to receive the email. 

  • Select from All, Profiles Received, Profile Pending, Custom.
  • Select from the list of members.


NOTES

  • For Care Profile Owners that have more than one member included in this group, you may tick the Unique (only send once for parents with multiple members) box. This will send one email to the profile owners.
  • You are allowed to attach up to 3 files per email.

5. Click Preview once you're done. 

6. Confirm the email by clicking on Send.


7. You will be directed to the group page and will see the banner that the email is queued for delivery.


SENDING EMAIL TO EFORM MEMBERS

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Click on the eForm.

3. Click on Email this Group.


4. Select the profiles that you wish to receive your message.

  • Select from Responded or Not Responded.

NOTES

  • For Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) that has more than one member included in this group, you may tick the Unique (only send once for parents with multiple members) box. This will send one email to the profile owners.
  • You are allowed to attach up to 3 files per email.

5. Click Preview once you're done. 

6. Confirm the email by clicking on Send.


7. You will be directed to the group page and will see the banner that the email is queued for delivery. 

NOTE: If the Staff Carer cannot see any groups or eForms on their CareMonkey account, kindly get in touch with the organisation's administrator and ask him/her to check an access to the profiles or eForms has been given to the staff carer.
