Staff Carers can assign groups or profiles to the eForm they've created. Please note that the eForm will still need to be enabled by the administrator to make it accessible to the Profile Owners.
1. Log in to CareMonkey.
2. Go to My eForms.
3. Click Assign Profiles.
Assigning Groups or Profiles to the eForm
a. Click either the Group name or select which profiles should be assigned to the eForm from the "Profiles Out" column. The profiles will be moved to the "Profiles In" column.
b. Once done, click Save.
Removing Groups or Profiles from an eForm
a. Click the profile under Profiles In to remove it from the eForm. It will go to the Profiles Out column.
b. Click Save.
