A self-service form is a type of eForm that is optional and made available to users to complete at any time. Examples are annual leave requests, field trip approval forms, incident reports, purchase requests and feedback forms.
Unlike other forms that are pushed to users for completion, a self-service form is selected from the Form Library menu in Care Central by the user when required. The Form Library menu item will only appear for the user if they have at least one self-service form that has been made available to them.
Self-service forms can be made available to specific users, groups or all users the same way as other forms. They can also have approval processes.
