The Form Library allows you manage, search, filter and sort all your forms.
Access Form Library
Click on the Form Library icon on the left hand navigation (under Staff).
Student / Staff Forms
Choose if you want to see Student or Staff Forms
Click Search button to search for any form by name.
You can filter forms by Availability, Form Type, Response Date, and Event Date
If you are using Form Categories, you can filter by these Categories.
Sort Forms by A to Z, Z to A, Newest First, Oldest First, and Event Date.
Form Response Indicators
See how many people have responded to your forms.
Add New Form
Add New Forms in the Form Library (you can also do this in the Student or Staff Panel).
Edit Existing Form
Allows you to quickly edit the form you have selected.
