Advice and answers from the CareMonkey Team

When another Administrator leaves the organisation, his/her access to the administrator interface of the organisation's CareMonkey account must be removed immediately.  Sometimes, the Administrator may have entered the wrong email address and needs to correct it. 

Below are the steps on how to remove access: 

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Go to Tools > Organisation Administrators

3. Click the red X button across the desired Administrator's name.
