When another Administrator leaves the Organisation, his/her access to the Administrator interface of the Organisation's CareMonkey account must be removed immediately.  Or you may need to remove an Administrator whose email address was entered incorrectly so that you can add him/her again with the right email address. 

Below are the steps on how to remove access: 

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Go to Settings > Administrators

3. Look for the particular Administrator that you wish to remove and then click the "trash" icon under the Actions column across the desired Administrator's name.

Note:

  • If you are trying to remove your own Administrator's access, this is not possible yet. The Trash icon will not be available across your name. Please ask another existing Administrator to login to CareMonkey and remove your access.
