By default, the eForms module is enabled and should be visible when administrators log in to their account.  This will allow the organisation to create eForms.

If the eForm module is disabled, the Home Page will look like this: 

To enable it, go to Tools > Organisation Settings and click on Enable eForms module.

To disable it, go to Tools > Organisation Settings and click on Disable eForms module.
