This setting allows an organisation to set the frequency of the email reminders to be sent to the Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, club members, adult participants, employees, etc.). Please note that doing the steps below will affect all the profiles that are not yet shared with the organisation.

To set one, please do the following steps:

1. Go to Tools > Organisation Settings


2. Look for the Frequency reminder emails on the lower right side of the page and choose any option from the drop-down list.


3. Click Save.


NOTE

When profiles are uploaded using a spreadsheet or through the Integration, the "Send Reminder Emails" of each profile will automatically be set to 5 days. To reset this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Tools > Organisation Settings

2. Click Reset Reminder Frequency for All Profiles on the left side of the menu.
