This setting allows an Organisation to set the frequency of the email reminders to be sent to the Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, club members, adult participants, employees, etc.). Please note that doing the steps below will affect all the Care Profiles that are not yet shared with the Organisation.

To set one, please do the following steps:

1. Go to Settings.


2. Click Profile Request Email Settings on the left-hand side menu.

3. Look for the Frequency reminder emails field  and choose from the available options on the drop-down list.

4. Click Save.


NOTE: When profiles are uploaded using a spreadsheet or through the Integration, the "Send Reminder Emails" of each profile will automatically be set to 5 days. To reset this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click Profile Request Email Settings on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click on Reset Reminder Frequency for All Profiles.
