Administrators can customise the Organisation name, Administrator name, Administrator title and Administrator email by doing the either of following: 

First Option

1. Go to Settings.

2. The following fields will be displayed. Edit the information as needed and click on the Save button.

Second Option

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click on Profile Request Email Settings.

3. Click on Who's name should appear of the signature emails? The name and email address listed will be all of the Administrators added in the organisation and hit Save.


  • The Administrator name, Administrator title, and Administrator email will be used as the email signature in all CareMonkey emails that will be sent to the Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.).
  • If the Care Profile Owners send a reply to any CareMonkey emails that they've received, the email reply will be sent to the Administrator email listed on this page:
