When the original administrator who signed up for CareMonkey needs to be replaced (due to resignation, change of email address, etc.), the ownership needs to be changed.
It's recommended to do the transfer of ownership before the original administrator leave. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Have the current administrator log in to CareMonkey.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone, and click on Change Ownership.
4. Enter the new email address. You also have an option to remain as an admin of the organisation. Then, enter your current password.
Note that if the Change Ownership button is greyed out, it mean's you're not logged in as the owner. You can also see who is the existing admin of the organisation.
