This article will guide the administrators on how to change the email address associated with his or her CareMonkey account.

1. Log in to your CareMonkey account using your current email and password.

2. Go to My Account > Edit My Account.


3. Enter your new email address and password to confirm the change.


4. An email confirmation will be sent to your new email address. Kindly click on the Validate my email address button to complete the email address change.


5. You will be directed to your CareMonkey account and a banner that your account has been verified will show up.
