Administrators can receive many automated emails to notify them of certain changes to the data. The frequency of these emails can be set by each Administrator individually as shown below.
Note: Email notifications generally inform the user that something has changed and that they should look in CareMonkey to see the actual change. For example, if a medical condition changes; to view the actual details the user must log in to CareMonkey (we do not display sensitive data in the actual notification as email is not as secure as CareMonkey).
1. Login to CareMonkey as an Administrator.
2. Click My Account on the upper right part of the page and choose Notification Settings.
3. Select the desired frequency for each type of notification and hit Save to apply the changes..
