Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) are allowed to upload only one file for the action plan per medical condition. If the Action Plan contains multiple pages that are saved as different files, this needs to be consolidated into just one file. 

CareMonkey Support Team can also assist you in consolidating these files. Kindly send them to support@caremonkey.com and our team will combine these into one file and send it back to you.
