Here are the steps on how you can add emergency contacts on a profile:
1. Click the name of the profile.
2. Click Edit on the Emergency Contacts section.
3. Click Add contact.
Note: This screenshot shows that the organisation asking for the profile, or to whom the profile is being shared with, is requiring 2 emergency contacts.
4. Fill out the form and click Save and Continue. Underlined below are the required items.
5. As a change has been made to the Care Profile, you will need to re-consent to confirm that the profile has been changed and that the medical information contained within is up-to-date.
Note: If the relationship type you'll choose is the same with the one in the Person Details, the form will be automatically filled out with information from the Edit My Details section.
