To see the list of the most recent changes in a Care Profile so you can update an existing member management system (such as Synergetic for schools), please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to CareMonkey.
2. Go to Tools > Reports Menu.
3. Click on Profile Sync Report under Synchronisation Reports.
4. If this is the first time you are using this feature and you know that the information is up-to-date with your existing member management system, you can click on Click here to mark all changes listed as Done.
5. A screen similar to below with all the latest changes as well as a link to the most recent profile will be seen.
6. Once you have updated the Care Profile's information in your relevant member management system, click Done and it will disappear from the screen. The next time you return to this screen, the Care Profile will not appear unless more changes have been made by the Care Profile owner.
