There are three ways to view the most recent changes in a Care Profile so you can update an existing member management system (such as Synergetic/SAS2000 for schools).

A. View Member Changes - This option would give you the changes in a specific profile only.
B.  Profile Changes Report - This report will provide changes in all profiles after a specified date that was selected.
C. Profile Sync Report - This report will list all changes in all profiles.


View Member Changes

1. Click the 3 horizontal lines on the profile that you'd like to view.

2. Select "View Member Changes" on the left-hand side menu.

3. You will be redirected to a window showing the profile recent changes.

Profile Changes Report

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Go to Reports/Archives.

3. Select Profile Changes under Reports.

4. Select a date for the "Changes Since Date".

5. Hit Submit and you will see all the list profiles changes after the date that you have selected.

Profile Sync Report

1. Log in to CareMonkey.

2. Go to Reports/Archives.

3. Click on Profile Sync Report under Synchronisation Reports.

4. If this is the first time you are using this feature and you know that the information is up-to-date with your existing member management system, you can click on Click here to mark all changes listed as Done.

5. A screen similar to below with all the latest changes as well as a link to the most recent profile will be seen.

6. Once you have updated the Care Profile's information in your relevant member management system, click Done and it will disappear from the screen. The next time you return to this screen, the Care Profile will not appear unless more changes have been made by the Care Profile owner.
