The Administrator of an Organisation can require Profile Owners to upload an action plan for certain medical conditions such as Asthma and Anaphylaxis. An action plan is necessary for emergency situation so that Staff Members/Group Carers know what to do during those situations.

The list of action plan templates that are suitable for schools can be found on these websites:
          A. Asthma
          B. Anaphylaxis

The action plan requires an approval and a signature by Profile Owners' (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) doctor.

Some people who are waiting on getting an action plan approved and/or created by their doctor may upload the First Aid Poster which can be found on these links:
          A. First Aid for Asthma Chart from National Asthma Council Australia
          B. Action Plan (general) from Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy

Please be advised that this is not a suitable long term solution (we don't offer medical advice), and we'll leave that for you and/or your child's doctor to determine.

To upload an action plan, please click here: How does a User upload an Action Plan?

NOTE:
The sample action plans above are for Australian customers only. If the Organisation is not in Australia, please reach out to the Administrator of the Organisation to check if there's any suggested template that you can upload which is specific to your country.
