The Administrator of an Organisation can require Profile Owners to upload an action plan for certain medical conditions such as Asthma and Anaphylaxis. An action plan is necessary for emergency situation so that Staff Members/Group Carers know what to do during those situations.
The action plan requires an approval and a signature by Profile Owners' (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.) doctor.
Some people who are waiting on getting an action plan approved and/or created by their doctor may upload the First Aid Poster which can be found on these links:
