Certain locations have mandatory regulations regarding Action Plans for medical conditions. Organisations can specify default Action Plan templates for these alerts.
1. To set up the default Action Plan templates, go to Tools > Organisation settings.
2. A window like below will appear. Simply click on Choose File below the Preferred (Asthma/Anaphylaxis) Plan, upload the relevant templates, and click Save.
3. When Care Profile Owners (i.e., parents, adult club members, adult participants, employees, etc.), are completing the care profiles, they will see a message similar to below with a link to the attachment template provided by the administrator.
4. Care Profile Owners can use this as an attachment if they don't have any Asthma or Anaphylaxis action plans.
