When an Administrator creates an eForm and sends it out to multiple groups, there will be an option to generate an eForm report that is specific to a group only. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to the Organisation's CareMonkey Admin page.

2. Look for the eForm and click the three horizontal lines.

3. Click Generate Report on the left side of the eForm menu.

4. Choose Group Tag on the first column, the Group's name on the second column, and eForm Summary on the third column.

5. Click on the blue Display button to display the responses. Please note that nothing will appear if no one has responded to the eForm yet. 

6. To print the report, press CTRL + P if you're using a Windows computer or Command + P for Mac.
